Associate Key Client Manager at Brethertons

Banbury, United Kingdom

About Me

I joined Brethertons in 2005 as a Debt Recovery Manager, coming to the Firm with a wealth of experience in property related areas. I am now an Associate and dedicated Key Client Manager, with a primary focus on the Property industry and a specialism in the Leasehold sector. I work alongside my Key Client Manager colleagues, Ken Norman and Karina Ray, to ensure customers in all areas of the firm are supported. My role is to liaise with new and existing customers to ensure that the service they receive exceeds their expectations. My role is also critical in monitoring the firm’s high levels of customer care and as such Brethertons has also been recognised by being shortlisted for an astounding 20 awards in the last 18 months, which includes winning Solicitors Firm of the Year at the prestigious Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMA) in 2014. I’m also really proud to have been listed as one the News on the Block magazine’s Hot 100 Most Influential People in the Residential Leasehold Property Sector two years running (2013 & 2014)! I live in North Oxfordshire with my wife and 3 children and am a very keen West Ham supporter. I also enjoy long walks with my family.
